ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Following an assessment by the British Assessment Bureau in April 2018, MacGregor Healthcare Ltd has successfully achieved certification to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard.
MacGregor Healthcare Ltd is a privately owned company with extensive experience in the medical industry. Having worked directly with both healthcare professionals and product end users, they have an understanding of issues that are important when choosing healthcare products. It is MacGregor Healthcare’s mission to deliver quality medical products and a world class service, helping people have more fulfilled lives. Their ISO 9001:2015 certification enables the company to prove they don’t just talk the talk, but actively demonstrate they deliver a quality service to all their clients, as verified by an independent and impartial third-party.
This rigorous assessment is backed by UKAS accreditation – supported by government – and is carried out once a year in order to ensure ISO certified organisations, such as MacGregor Healthcare, demonstrate continual improvements as well as simply ongoing compliance to the standard.
ISO 9001 involves the implementation of a Quality Management System, which enables organisations to formalise processes, resulting in improved performance and – as a result – improved customer satisfaction.
Through achieving the ISO 9001:2015 standard, MacGregor Healthcare Ltd are able to demonstrate they meet the global best practice for quality management. Commenting on the achievement, Operations Director Lucy Barclay-Carr commented;
“We are passionate about making a difference here at MacGregor Healthcare, and to be the leading provider of quality medical device products. Being awarded the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 certification assures our clients that we conform to global best practice in quality, proving we continue to strive to improve the service we provide. We look forward to seeing the success that this certification brings us throughout 2018.
