We cannot achieve this without listening to both patients and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about our products, educational materials and support services.
We are continuously reviewing and developing products to ensure users have the best outcomes; even the COVID-19 pandemic didn’t stop the development of our latest product Qufora IrriSedo Flow. We listened to feedback from over 70 participants who were involved in 29 interviews and over 30 product usability & evaluation tests. Our Danish research and development team designed Flow using this feedback and considering individual users’ needs.
Flow can be used at height or on the floor, with gravity or a pump, it has a water flow regulator and pump that can be controlled with one hand, a soft yet stable cone, with multi-directional water flow to give a smooth and comfortable irrigation. All of these features have been developed by listening to our users – giving better control, taking the complexity out of irrigation, and allowing them to get on with their lives. Our myqufora service demonstrates a commitment to supporting our users and HCPs long term. This was especially evident during the pandemic. The myqufora team worked exceptionally hard, offering advice, support and ensuring the continuous delivery of products to an unprecedented number of users whilst specialist services were closed.
