I would say my MacGregor experience would be, after successfully gaining my role I was so nervous at starting a new job but I really didn’t need to, I quickly made new friends and settled in fine, over the last few years I have found that if you work hard you are supported and gain responsibly and rewarded in many ways, this is a company that looks at people as individuals and looks to grow and stretch them in to new leaders who in turn can train and educate the next new employees as the company grows. I’m very proud to be a MacGregor employee!

After 30 years in an entirely different sector, it was refreshing to join MacGregor’s team and discover how the company endeavours to support and develop it’s ethos to all new staff whilst taking the time to adapt this to the individual’s personality. All staff quickly feel part of a family who are collectively driven by making people’s lives better with top class service on an individual basis.

To be part of a rapidly growing business where you are given the support to develop and grow both personally and professionally is like winning the career lottery! I was told at interview the company do not “cookie cutter” their employees they really mean it, we all come from diverse backgrounds and are provided with tools to help us understand each other and this helps us synergise as a team.

I have worked for MacGregor since September 2021 and really feel valued as a member of the team.
We call ourselves the Macgregor family and this really is what it feels like. They are a very honest open company who live by their values daily and always welcome input and ideas across the company. I see this as my forever job and only wish I came here earlier in my career.

I have worked for MacGregor for just over 3 years, it’s a pleasure and I feel part of an amazing family. I worked for a competitor I just knew that Qufora was a far more superior product so one day I randomly wrote to MacGregor because I wanted to be part of the team. I believe that everything happens for a reason and this job is just perfect for me. Lots of self-learning and if I am unsure about something I do my research or I ask a colleague.

I was drawn to MacGregors by the wording of their job ad. It listed one of the requirements as “to be happy at work” which I hadn’t seen before or since. True to their word, a massive amount of effort and support goes into achieving just this very thing.
At the heart of everything though is the MacGregor Mission, Vision & Values which are referred to constantly, as they’re so integral to everything we do and achieve together as a very friendly, successful team!

I have found everyone at MacGregor Healthcare very welcoming since I joined the team in March 2022.
